[edit] Blossoming Arrow Attack

Concept: An arrow is fired into the sky, and blossoms into many arrows. One roll, many targets, targets can't be duplicated (no 5 arrows on one person).

Blossoming Arrow Attack
Cost: 4m (+1m per target), 1wp; Mins: Martial Arts 5, Essence 4; Type: Simple
Keywords: Combo-OK, Obvious
Duration: Instant
Prerequisite Charms: Enthralling Blow Attack
Description: As many flowers can bloom from one seed, so can the martial artist's attacks. The Immaculate fires an arrow in the air, which bursts into many different arrows, falling upon many foes. The martial artist spends the 4 motes and WP for the charm, as well as 1 mote for each target (up to his Martial Arts rating in targets). The martial artist then rolls a single attack, and applies the results of this roll to each target. This charm cannot target one target twice; each arrow falls to another target.

[edit] Fertility of the Wood Dragon

Concept: Cause plants/trees to burst from the ground nearby or grow rapidly, granting cover bonuses.

Fertility of the Wood Dragon
Cost: 2m; Mins: Martial Arts 4, Essence 3; Type: Reflexive
Keywords: Combo-OK, Obvious
Duration: Instant
Prerequisite Charms: Wood Dragon Form, Autumn of the Wood Dragon
Description: Those who fully devote themselves to the flow of live can call it forth with a word. This charm functions similarly to Autumn of the Wood Dragon, but instead compels plants to grow in protection of the Immaculate. Used for cover, the plant counts as 90% hard cover (+2 DV for hand-to-hand cover and +4 DV for ranged cover), and the range and duration of this charm are as Autumn of the Wood Dragon.

[edit] Autumn of the Wood Dragon

Concept: Cause plants to wither and decay, eliminating cover bonuses for things of wood/plant material.

Autumn of the Wood Dragon
Cost: 2m; Mins: Martial Arts 3, Essence 2; Type: Reflexive
Keywords: Combo-OK, Obvious
Duration: Instant
Prerequisite Charms: Wood Dragon Vitality
Description: The scions of Sextes Jylis have impressive command over their element. With a simple thought, the Immaculate can extoll plants to wither and retreat back into the earth, denying cover to the unjust. This charm cannot reduce cover penalties by more than the martial artist's Essence rating, and has a range of (Essence x 10) yards. While the charm takes effect instantly (and often suddenly), the affect plants will quickly return to their previous size after (Martial Art x 5) ticks. Other uses of this charm are up to the imagination of the DragonBlooded.

[edit] Opposition of the Soul

Concept: Make Soul Mastery less deadly to the user.

Opposition of the Soul'
Cost: -; Mins: Martial Arts 5, Essence 4; Type: Permanent
Keywords: None
Duration: Permanent
Prerequisite Charms: Soul Mastery
Description: The greatest weapon of the Wood Dragon master is also as deadly to its user as to his enemies. This charm helps to preserve the monk's life when using the charm. This charm extends the duration of Soul Mastery to another (Essence) actions. The monk also gains a +3 specialty bonus to the Stamina+Resistance roll of Soul Mastery, although this specialty is only applicable to the user's own Soul Mastery; he would not gain this bonus to resisting another's Soul Mastery. If the martial artist successfully saves from his own Soul Mastery effect, he regenerates the lethal health level cost from the charm.

[edit] Soul Anchor

Concept: Reverse of Soul Mastery. On targets that are dying, can grant them temporary Dying health levels equal to Martial Arts. On dematerialized beings, it forces them to materialize.

Soul Anchor
Cost: 10m, 1 wp (optional); Mins: Martial Arts 5, Essence 4; Type: Simple (-2 DV)
Keywords: Combo-Basic, Obvious, Touch
Duration: Instant
Prerequisite Charms: Soul Mastery
Description: While Soul Mastery is considered by the Immaculates to be the pinnacle of dedication to the path of Sextes Jylis, Sextes Jylis himself preferred to cultivate life instead of destroy it. This burst of verdant energy grounds the free soul to the concrete world, allowing the exalt to seemingly bring a person back from the dead.

This charm can be used multiple ways. When used on a target who is suffering Dying levels of damage, this charm grants them temporary Dying health levels equal to the exalt's Martial Arts. These levels fade once the person has had their Dying levels healed, or at the end of the day.

When used against a dematerialized target, this charm immediately forces the spirit to materialize, and prevents them from dematerializing for the rest of the day. This can also be used to prevent nemisarries from leaving the corpse it is currently animating for the rest of the day.

This charm can also be used to cancel the effects of Soul Mastery, whether upon oneself or one's ally. By spending a temporary willpower point, the exalt dissipates an active Soul Mastery effect on himself, or someone he can touch. The effect can also act as a perfect soak for the effect when used against someone. Used in this way, the charm is Reflexive, and the martial artist cannot use this charm for a number of actions equal to his Essence.

[edit] Incarnation of Sextes Jylis

Concept: (Many possible ideas here.) Vines and tree limbs cover the martial artist, becoming some kind of tree/dragon. Blood as pollen, poisoning those that attack. Blood as sap, trapping/slowing weapons. Boosting physical statistics, similar to Deadly Beastman Transformation? Possibly rooting (ha puns) artist in place, though letting dodge normally like a reed in the wind. Auto-summon arrows already coated with poison. Enhance clinches with vines, thorns/poison.
Prereqs: Super-pinnacle charm!
